Great bag as per other reviews. Will recommend. Quality is excellent. Fits my 13 inch great thought not enough room at the side to store the power cords. I just store the cord on top of the computer which in itself is stored in a skin casing.
Would say it’ll be better for a 10 or 12 inch if you wanna store the cords also.
Otherwise the quality is excellent.

For an under 20 USD. laptop bag I think this is one of the best option.Quite seems slim and fit..

I bought this bag mid-way through my fall semester for my newly purchased Macbook Pro 13.1 inch. It fit really well. The Velcro strap on the inside of the computer compartment holds the laptop in place and if your laptop is smaller than 13 inches, there is an optional adjusting foam bar (Velcro attached).
This fit my computer, my power cord, a wireless mouse, a binder, a 70 page journal, a few random cords (for my iPod, etc), a few pens and pencils, and even my compact 500GB external drive all at once.
This bag is fantastic for someone who would like to carry a 13 inch (or smaller) laptop around as well as a few accessories with it. It’s held up well for the second half of my semester, and will likely see a lot more use in the future.

For about twenty dollars with free shipping this was a great purchase. The case is simple and elegant, with sufficient room in the outside compartment for a bluetooth mouse along with the charging wires (actually it will easily fit a spare USB mouse too). Our new 13-inch HP laptop fits just fine inside, and is held in place with a padded strap on one side along with a two-piece velcro fastening strap on the other side. There are also partitions for things like a mouse pad, or papers and CDs, and so forth. Personally I’d want nothing more nor less than this case–which is to say I find the design and the size just about optimum.

I bought Case logic 13″ for my Dell 13″ XPS laptop. It perfectly fits the laptop and its accesories. It’s very light in weight and it’s is very sleek. The edges are padded which adds safety. A very good laptop bag for the price invested. I checked many laptop cases for my laptop which perfectly fits that and which is very light in weight and I found the correct one.
