The photo for this item is misleading. The slots are recessed back into the housing and the cards are very difficult to remove. I thought of using a pair of pliers but did not want to ruin my card. I will be asking for a refund due to the misleading product photo.

This book was an invaluable resource for me when I had my babies. I wanted my daughter to have it too.

I needed a card reader for a Smart Media 64 mb card and this one, though advertised for 19 cards, didn’t include the specific one I had asked about. Sent the product back for full refund. It shouldn’t have been advertised to include something that it didn’t do!!!

I understand it’s my fault for not reading the item description more thoroughly, but when you see NINETEEN in one, you don’t think you need to check if it will work with one of the most common card types. I was sadly mistaken. It works fine with other types but doesn’t fill the main role for which I wanted it.
