Amazonians please note: This is NOT a rating of the product!
The heading on the review pages for the 320 GB model is actually for the 500 GB model – with only one exception.
I am interested in the former but find no reviews for it. Please correct this obvious typo and publish the reviews within their proper forums, i..e., 320GB in the 320 GB HDD pages.

I have purchased 500G but there is only 465G available and there is nothing saved on the hard drive. Why is that?

3 days after I got it, I dropped it from about 3 feet high with other stuff.
(stuff about 4 pounds weight)
It was crushed on the land and other stuff got over it, and it got shocked.
After that it’s not working.
Dropping is my fault, but I doubt about its durability.
Anyway, now I am ordering other portable hard disk.

I thought this item was great, until one day I went and plugged in my external hard drive and nothing happened. I called the company and got no where. I can’t recommend enought that no one should buy this product!!!!!

The produce is good, however for some reasons, Amazon took a long time to ship. It is suppose to be a standard free shipping but at the end took 3 weeks to reach me. Got to have good patient to wait for the shipment.
